COALITION NEWS:
  • The Coalition administrative office has moved.  All contact information has remained the same.  Our physical address is now 1180 Park County Road 16, Fairplay, CO  80440.  We are in the Sheriff's Office Building.  Sheriff Fred Wegener was kind enough to allow us to use his conference room.

  •   PCSC has received American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding and a donation from Schwan's  that has allowed a new food program to be offered in addition to the RAMP program.  The funding for this program specifes that the household must be at 200% of poverty or less.  The numbers we use are in the chart, below.

    The participants must also be Park County

    residents.  There will be some paperwork

    required, even for those already registered

    with us. 

     

    Park County Senior Coalition provides gift

    certificates, the recipient chooses the

    meals, and Schwan's delivers to your

    home.
