Receive shelf-stable food boxes with up to 20 meals a month per senior. We also offer frozen meals and nutrition education.
Each month we deliver both shelf-stable and frozen meals to communities throughout Park County free of charge.
First Wednesday of every month: North East Park County Delivery
Stops in Como, Jefferson, Shawnee, Bailey, and Crow Hill
Third Wednesday of every month: Central/Southern Park County Delivery
Stops in Hartsel, Guffey, and Lake George
Fourth Wednesday of every month: North West Park County Delivery
Stops in Alma, Fairplay, and South of Fairplay
Freezer project: The Park County Senior Coalition also has a freezer located in Bailey that is stocked with frozen meals for our clients! In partnership with PPACG, SAPC, and Park County Government these frozen meals will be distributed weekly out of the Bailey Community Center.
We now also have a stocked freezer located at the Lake George Community Center!

Qualifying seniors can receive financial assistance with seasonal chores that contribute to the health and safety of their home. Chores can range from chimney sweeping, snow removal, firewood delivery & stacking, hand-rail or ramp installation, wildfire mitigation, and more! Clients may use recommended contractors or choose their own. Download Chore Request Form
