We serve Park County Residents age 60 years and older and currently have 408 wonderful clients. To get registered with the coalition please fill out and return this form by email, mail, fax, or in person.

Transportation to medical appointments
Event support
Homemaking for seniors (light house cleaning, medicine/meal prep, etc.)
Reassurance program to check-in on seniors
Meal Delivery
Jack of all trades! (unload food boxes, help with major mailouts, help organize office etc.)
